公司以经营精制干香菇的出口贸易为主，兼营木耳、板栗、银杏及中药材等农副产品的收购、加工和销售。公司已拥有“永光”、“双赢”、“佳和”、“方圆”、“中九环”等，产品远销港澳、东南亚、等地。其中“永光”注册商标通过“随州香菇”原产地标记注册申报，国家检总局已于2004年12月正式对外宣传注册，成为我市具有原产地域保护的自有产品。
为促使公司产品提档升级，扩大产品在市场上的占有率，2005年公司又投资200多万元对原有香菇生产线进行系统地技术改造。公司现已通过国家卫生注册评审、9000和HACCP食品安全体系认证，已取得了精制干香菇工品认定，从而实现了工化生产。全年出口创汇已突破1000多万美元。
